I got this really nice email the other day and I wanted to share it:
"If you wrapped an apricot in angel food cake and added a creamy yogurt ribbon to the center, you'd get something that was an approximation of that muffin."
This is what my husband, Frank, said regarding your Gluten-Free Apricot Muffins. He loves them! And so do I.
Thank you for baking gluten-free foods! It's so hard to find already made gluten-free baked goods that taste good, let alone amazing!
