Testimonial on the Apricot Bread

I would give the Apricot Bread an A+. It's flavor and feel are just the same as a perfect morning fruit bread that is NOT GF! I did not even toast it (in a hurry to taste that 1st piece). The flavor was not too sweet and the apricots were plump and the full flavor of them came through. I would love to taste other flavors in this bread.....cranberry, poppy seed lemon, etc. Loved it, loved it, loved it.
