My business is baking really delicious gluten-free desserts.
I have a commercial kitchen in Shirley, MA licensed by the Massachusetts Board of Health. I have been selling my products at area farmer's markets for a few years. I am now in local stores and cafes. I have created a gluten-free graham cracker for Sweet Lydia's, a gourmet s'mores maker in the Lowell area.
